MMService — CS2 / Steam skin market consultant
About the role
MMService is expanding its work around safe digital deals, and we're hiring a CS2 / Steam skin market consultant. You'll help us build a safer, faster service for buying, selling and trading CS2 skins — from deal flow to scam prevention.
What you'll do
• Advise on how skin deals work end to end: Steam accounts, trade offers, inventories, pricing and liquidity.
• Map the real risks buyers and sellers face, and how a guarantor / middleman flow removes them.
• Review our deal flow, pricing logic and anti-abuse measures, and suggest concrete improvements.
• Help shape guarantor-based and P2P processes, impersonation protection and reputation / trust systems.
What we're looking for
• Deep knowledge of the CS2 skin market — float, patterns, rarity, collections and pricing logic.
• Practical understanding of Steam trade mechanics — trade offers, cooldowns, account limits, restrictions and platform risks.
• Experience with safe P2P deals, guarantor / middleman processes and scam prevention.
• Understanding of how skin marketplaces are structured: inventory flow, liquidity, user safety and anti-abuse.
Nice to have
• Hands-on trading or marketplace operations experience.
• A track record you can show (channel, profile, references).
